[aisle] Chromebook transport to specials

During the weird, partial-schedule, Covid year when we weren't quite 1:1
but had to have chromebooks to the kids each day, we loaded them on old AV
carts for each teacher. We did fine with it. We could stack a couple of
classes on each cart.
