Google forms has a way to limit the number of responses. I’ve done it before. Give me a moment to go look for it.

Hi,
I'm looking for a way for students to sign up to come to the library during lunch recess each day.  Google forms would work best but I need to be able to limit the number of responses that I get.  Does anyone have a SOPPA approved tool that they use for something like this?
