It's an add-on called "FormLimiter." The problem is that you're going to
want to limit each period of time separately, and you can't do that with
one form. You'll need a completely different form for each time. So for
example, if I wanted to use it as a sign up for each period of the high
school day, I'd need nine separate forms. And then the kids would need to
choose the right form and sign in.
