[aisle] Speech Team Resources!

Hi Librarians,

Any chance any of you know of a great place to find resources (monologues,
short scenes, small group scenes) for speech team.

I have a teacher who is asking if you find a script online and pay to
download it and only use 10% for a non paying performance, like speech
team, would that be covered under educational fair use?  Or do you think
you would have to pay royalties for the use of the portion for a
competition?

What do you think?
