[aisle] Adding titles in destiny

If you have access to OCLC, you can find books there and download them to
Destiny. Sometimes you may need to create the record yourself. I have a
Chinese collection and none of the books were found using Destiny. A few
were in OCLC. The rest I had to create with volunteers.
