Fathom Reads has some multilingual digital books with Arabic as one of the languages. From their website, you can filter results in the library to see what language(s) you want/need. Honestly, most of their books are English/Spanish dual-language but some of their books go up to 10 different languages.

I am also in the same boat. 

I had decent luck with Arabic language books from Follett. This year I am going to try Al Salwa (https://alsalwabooks.com/en/)

I'm looking for either bilingual books (English and Arabic) or English books (digital or physical) translated to Arabic. We would especially like to find some of our required reads in Arabic. 

Anybody have a great resource? Or even a fair one??
