[aisle] school library staffing level recommendations

I am in a 6-8 middle school with about 475 students.
I am a certified school librarian with my MLIS and my teaching degree for
media specialist k-12.
We do not have a library class that students attend. The library is open
all day to students, except for my 30 minute lunch when I close the library
(which is during the grade level lunch periods anyway).
I do have a student group of approx. 20 students every morning during what
we call x-block. This is a time for students that need extra help to get
that and for others to explore other academic activities (makerspace, quiet
reading, brain games, etc.)
I am the only one in charge of collection development and everything that
goes along with it, including both physical and electronic resources.
I also host grade level activities such as book tastings.
I am the sole chairperson for Scholastic Book Fairs. We have two a year and
they each run for a week.
I am also in charge of our One Book, One Community program and everything
that comes along with that (contacting authors, vetting books, hosting a
student group to rate and read, ordering the books, planning the travel for
the author, as well as the day of events, and spreading this information
throughout the community, etc.).
I am also part of the before and after school duty rotation (bus duty,
crosswalk duty, morning supervision before the first bell, etc.)

All in all, I'm a one man show for everything library related, minus
teaching an actual set class.
