[ISLMA-Share] Library Clerk Training

[Email list for the Illinois School Library Media Association]

A little silly, but I have one of my volunteers (who was having the most
trouble) address each student by name. That way it's easy to see that they
have the wrong kid/etc. It also makes her slow down and check the name and
check that it's in checkout not check in etc. It slows down checkout a
little, but I'd rather have less mistakes :) Hope it helps!
