[ISLMA-Share] weeding my library advice

The most effective way I have found is to run a circulation report of what
has not been checked out in the last ___ years. Then I have my student
workers flip those books spine down. Then I go to the shelf and either
pull them off the shelf for weeding or verbally go over why the book
deserves the shelf space. Many times I will just throw the weeded ones on
the floor... then it is harder to to second guess my first reaction.
