[ISLMA-Share] Tabletop book fair

I have run our book fair during our chili supper the last few years. (I am
in a classroom now, so I don't get to have it during the school day.) I
have been informed about a "tabletop" fair also. During the chili supper
I'm supposed to be open for two hours. I stand and check people out
continuously for at least 2.5 hours. There is absolutely no way that I
would even want to consider running a fair without the register. Most of
the parents want to use debit or credit cards. (They are used to being able
to use them now.) Does anyone else fell this way, and what response have
you gotten from Scholastic?

Thanks
Cheryl B
