[ISLMA-Share] Monarch Book: Ben Franklin's Big Splash

I did. My guiding principal is where will patrons look for it, and I felt
my teachers and students would look for it in biography.  Plus the timeline
and the blurb in the back lend themselves to this being in biography.

Technically, any biography is partially fictionalized if anyone paraphrases
or improvises any quotes.
