[ISLMA-Share] motivate readers

Hi Shannon!

I am a 5-8 building and I use scholastic.com/minutes to log their reading
minutes.  I do monthly incentives by grade levels (phones at recess, longer
recess, hw pass, dress up in Halloween costumes, etc.)  It's not perfect
but it has been working.
