[ISLMA-Share] Checking in and out of the library - High School

Morning, Dawn.
We have tried passes, sign in/out book, and just letting them come in. There have been pros and cons to each of these methods. I would prefer an electronic scanning in with their IDs but that is no currently available. For now they just come in as I no longer host study halls. It does get a bit wild on some days during lunch, necessitating a change for those specific periods.

Hi Everyone,

I have question....

How do you have students check in and out of the library when they come during study halls, lunch and advisory?

Do you use pen and paper passes?  Do you have a scanning system that accounts for students?
Do you pay for that or do you use something free?

I am having problems with keeping tabs with who is in the apace, especially when deans or students with passes to guidance come in.

Any help would be awesome!
