[aisle] Names for student volunteer helpers in the library

As I work in a private school, we have a number of students each year who are on work study. They come in for about 20 minutes each morning to help in various places around the school as assigned. Because they are work study kids, we’ve never had to come up with a name. I do have a strong book club and those kids have helped with bigger library projects such as book drives, book sales, and events. Those kids are called ReadHawks. Our school mascot is a RedHawk.

I always luck out with a few good helpers. So far they:

· Clean shelves and tables

· Restock paper in printers

· Dispose of weeded items (recycle or toss)

· Help take down displays

· Update Pinterest boards

· Sticker/label new materials

· Help make or fix signage

· Shelve books
Each year I have new kids and have to retrain them. Some of them are great at labeling books. Some are terrible and only do it once. Some can handle Pinterest updates. Some can’t. This year my two kids were awful at shelving books so I’ve done all my shelving this year. But they rock at everything else.

Hello,

Does anyone have any creative names for students who help out in the library?

My students have been called Library Helpers for a while because creativity in words is not always my strong suit and they want to be called something else which I said is fine, but they can't come up with anything either!

They are volunteer students who have specific library jobs and give up part of their lunch work time to do this.
They are also in the yearbook with this name.

Thanks in advance!
