[aisle] library supply vendors

I haven't had that experience with DEMCO, but we haven't ordered for
awhile!

I've ordered stiff paperback covers from Kapco. I like the Kapco covers
best, and they will always make the price acceptable, but I hate that I
have to call my rep and ask for it every time.
