[aisle] [External] High School Book Club

We read from the Read for a Lifetime list through the Illinois Center for
the Book. The list is great, there's a lot of overlap between that and the
Lincoln list, and the kids get recognized by the Secretary of State at the
end of the year. Plus they can add it as an accomplishment on their college
apps. It's a natural selling point. :)

This is our third year doing it this way, and it has grown each year. We're
a district with three high schools, and over the covid closures, our book
clubs met as one group over zoom, which was pretty cool. We try to stay
aligned. I'm proud of our book clubs.
