[aisle] Late Fees for Books

We have done away with overdue fines as well. I must admit that I was
quite hesitant and was probably the last school in our district holding on
to them, but I'm so glad I finally did. That headache is gone! Instead
once the book is overdue by 30 days, Destiny automatically marks the book
lost and charges the patron the replacement cost of the book. My students
get email overdue reminders every Monday, so I no longer feel like I need
to be chasing kids for their books. If the books come back,
Destiny automatically deleted the replacement cost.
