[aisle] Late Fees for Books

I do not charge overdue fines at any level K-12.  We do, however, charge
for damage or loss. Like others have said, it removes a negative
image/experience for the students and it SIGNIFICANTLY cuts down on the
work I had to do to track and collect overdues.
