[aisle] To lend or not to lend (headphones)

We tried teacher headphone check-outs and lost some anyway.

We tried letting students borrow them.  Rarely returned.

Now, we direct them to the front office to purchase them "at cost" for
$2.00.

And now they've decided:
(a) to play everything at low volume and find their headphones/earbuds at
home.
(b) don't want to pay and miraculously find a set in their lockers.
