[aisle] 1:1 Management/Questions

We set up stations. Station 1: clean the machine. Station 2: fill out a
paper asking if there are any problems, if they are returning the cord (and
if not, then checking a box to indicate that they need to be charged for a
new cord or that they will return the cord to the school office within the
next 3 days). Station 3: Librarian checks the Chromebook back in and the
student puts cord & Chromebook in a 2 gallon ziplock bag with the
paperwork. Station 4: place the bagged Chromebook in the Rubbermaid bin
(labelled with grad years).

At the end of finals, we run a report that tells us who did not turn in
their equipment and we can work from there.

Finally, we check all the Chromebooks in the bins back OUT to the students
using the new due date for the next school year.

As far as seniors go...the administration communicates with *parents and
students* letting them know the expectation that all outstanding fines must
be paid and Chromebooks turned in BEFORE a student is eligible for
graduation. Since the seniors' Chromebooks are in a bin(s) together, we can
easily run a report and sort by grad year to determine if we have all the
seniors accounted for.
